Located at the southern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Harbour View Hotel is a traditional Aussie pub offering a cool, informal dining experience. Established in 1922, it serves fabulous food and excellent cocktails with old-school hospitality. Enjoy a refreshing ale and a bite in the downstairs sports bar or host events in the elegant function rooms.

Hickson House Distilling Co is an award-winning gin distillery and cocktail bar in Sydney. Located in the heritage-listed Metcalfe Bond Stores near the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it offers immersive craft spirits experiences. Guests can tour the distillery, where small-batch gin is made in custom copper pot stills, and enjoy cocktails featuring over 600 premium bottles, with a strong focus on Australian spirits. The menu highlights their award-winning Hickson Rd. Gin and incorporates distilling byproducts for a unique culinary experience.
