Luke's Tour & Tastings at the Pylon Lookout
BridgeClimb, in collaboration with renowned Australian chef and restaurateur Luke Mangan, is excited to introduce a sun-soaked new experience: Luke’s Tour & Tastings at the Pylon Lookout. This series offers guests exclusive after-hours access to the Sydney Harbour Bridge Pylon—including a private tour before enjoying stunning views, refreshing cocktails, and delectable seasonal bites, all thoughtfully prepared by the talented Luke’s Table team.
Your journey begins with a refreshing and light cocktail before ascending 200 steps through the historic South-East Pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Led by a BridgeClimb Guide, this tour brings some of the Bridge’s fascinating history to life. 87 meters above sea level, you’ll savour gourmet bites, artisanal drinks, and breathtaking views of Sydney’s skyline.
This series builds on the success of Luke’s Table, launched in 2022 as a collaboration between Luke Mangan and BridgeClimb. Since its inception, the event has welcomed thousands of guests to an exclusive communal dining experience at the Pylon Lookout, featuring a carefully curated three-course menu for up to 20 people. With the warmer months approaching, the team is now offering another unforgettable experience, guaranteed to delight every palate.
Sydney Harbour Bridge Session – 29 & 31 October
Indulge in a selection of gildas, fresh oysters, charcuterie bites, and lobster rolls, perfectly paired with Hickson House Harbour Bridge Gin or a crisp sparkling wine.
Rosé Rendezvous – 20 November
Soak in the spectacular Sydney views while enjoying a flute of Idée Fixe sparkling rosé or a rosé-inspired cocktail, alongside a delectable array of oysters, charcuterie, That’s Amore Cheese bites, and lobster rolls.
Oyster Lovers – 27 & 28 November
Explore the subtle flavours, textures, and sustainability of East 33 oysters, paired beautifully with Hickson House Oyster Gin or sparkling bubbles.
Summer Spritz – 4, 18 & 19 December
Bask in the summer sun with a refreshing Idée Fixe spritz in hand on the balcony of the Pylon Lookout, while indulging in fresh oysters, charcuterie and That’s Amore Cheese bites, irresistible gildas, and lobster rolls.

As always, Luke Table has teamed up with top-tier brands to deliver the finest ingredients, including East 33 oysters, That’s Amore Cheese, Idée Fixe sparkling wine, and spirits from Hickson House Distilling Co., among others, ensuring a premium dining experience.
Each afternoon experience begins at 4:00 pm, priced at $99 per person, and lasts for 90 minutes. To comply with safety regulations at the Pylon Lookout & Museum, guests are limited to a maximum of three drinks per person. The menu is subject to change based on the availability of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
