The journey to Sydney’s ultimate culinary experience, took Jin Zexin from Guangzhou, China, and Samantha Strachan from Jervis Bay, NSW through the heart of Sydney’s iconic Harbour Bridge. The two lucky guests were seated 134 metres above the cities various dining experiences, with the sparkling harbour and city vista views all to themselves, for the Bridge’s first pop-up restaurant.
Australian restaurateur Luke Mangan dished up three of his signature dishes boasting our country’s finest produce in front of Sydney’s best view. Luke took on the role of head chef, serving up kingfish sashimi, organic egg crab omelette, enoki mushroom & herb salad, with miso mustard broth, and Australian lamingtons.

Luke Mangan said “It’s been a massive few months for my team and I, with our restaurants now officially found on planes, trains, ships and shore across 5 countries… with that in mind, it only seems fitting to now also take our food to the top of Australia’s iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge! Showcasing Australia’s finest produce via our signature dishes most definitely compliments this amazing view of our beautiful city!”
Jin Zexin said at the summit, “This is the most incredible dining experience. Each of the three courses were unbelievably delicious and I can’t imagine a more breathtaking view or more Australian location to enjoy this moment from.”
