Celebrate Australia Day on the Sydney Harbour Bridge
Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi!
Australia Day is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than by climbing an Aussie icon! With plenty of festivities happening around the Sydney Harbour, you’ll get the best views of the spectacle from the top of the Harbour Bridge.
To celebrate the occasion, BridgeClimb is running two spirited special Climbs on the 26th of January:
Australia Day Rock Music Climb
Climb the Harbour Bridge to the ultimate soundtrack of Aussie rock! For one day only, listen to your favourite AC/DC and INXS hits through your headset whilst you make your way to the top, surrounded by 360 degree views of the beautiful Sydney Harbour. All Climbs departing on Australia Day (26th January 2019) will feature a soundtrack of the best Australian rock music through their headsets. To enjoy this unique experience, simply book a Climb on the 26th of January. Find out more here.
Australia Day Ferrython Climb
Take in the famous Ferrython from the arches of the Harbour Bridge on our Ferrython Climb. From 134 metres above sea level, you'll have the best seat in the house to watch the ferries racing on the harbour below. This Climb is tailored around the Ferrython event, with 20 to 30 minutes at the summit to watch the popular race and take in the spectacular views. As an added bonus, you'll get to dance to Aussie rock music too!
With 'Straya day quickly approaching, it's time to plan your shindig! Lucky for you, we have Climb Leader Alex on hand for a ripper run-through of what to do on 26 January. From Aboriginal dance performances to a cracking fireworks display, check out Alex's recommendations here:
Happy Australia Day!
