2. Meet your favourite animals at Sydney Zoo

Visit Sydney Zoo at 700 Great Western Hwy, Bungarribee NSW 2767

Head West to Sydney Zoo, where you can say hello to some furry friends in a safari-like experience. Yes, that means most exhibits are cage-free, but the zoo’s uniquely designed boardwalk allows the kids to see their favourite kings of the jungle - the lions, giraffes or elephants - grazing below them. The zoo also houses an aquarium and an underground enclosure for reptiles and nocturnal creatures. If your kids go bananas for animals, best to lock in a family outing at Sydney Zoo on the weekend where they can spend the whole day as a mini-zookeeper.

Taking a day trip out to Blue Mountains’ Scenic World offers a variety of fun and adventure for the whole family. For something laid-back, take the walkway and let the kids roar their way through the Jurassic rainforest. WHAT AGE IS A CHILD?

Child prices account for ages 8 to 15 inclusive.

IS IT SAFE FOR MY CHILD TO CLIMB?

Safety is, and always will be, our number one priority for all of our Climbers.
We will equip kids of this age in smaller suits, belts, mittens, or fleeces based on the day’s weather conditions.
Climbing the Bridge is a family-friendly experience. The stories our Climb Leaders share during the experience are appropriate for a broad age range, including children.
Children will be required to climb with and next to their parent/guardian.
To climb the Bridge, children must be at least 8 years old and 1.2m tall to participate.
Parents/guardians must remain with their children throughout the Climb experience and must assist BridgeClimb staff by managing their equipment preparation and behaviour.

WHAT IS THE BEST CLIMB FOR KIDS?

Children can complete any BridgeClimb experience. However, here’s a few helpful tips to assist with choosing the right experience for you and your family:

- Is it hard to keep your child entertained for over 3 hours?
On the Summit Insider Climb (2.5 hours) you will reach the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, but with faster prep and a quicker ascent!

DO YOU HAVE FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR FAMILIES?

We offer a range of flexible payment options for you to pay for your family BridgeClimb experience. These include Afterpay & Zip, allowing for you to pay in instalments.

What happens if the weather is not suitable for climbing?

We are an all-weather experience and equip you in all the gear you’ll need to keep you safe and comfortable based on the day’s weather conditions. We will postpone climbs during electrical storms or during times of extremely high winds.
